Made appointments for service. Dropped my car off and received no communication. I had to call for updated. They had my vehicle for a week and had not entered it into service until I called days later. This happened multiple times. I will now go to another dealer for service and purchases.
The staff in the service area is friendly and very helpful. Dylan was courteous and helped me get my car checked in for service. The service was done quickly and Dylan walked me to my car to verify that everything had been done.

Always an awesome experience with Legacy Chevrolet. Only downside was it took 6 days to get to diagnostic of car which was not there fault. Just alot of work in service dept, second was the wait for the part again not there fault. Happy with Dan and his expertise. This is why i keep bringing my Caddy to them and not somewhere else.

The windshield washer reservoir was not topped off, which makes me wonder if they checked the other fluids as well. If they have discontinued this service, then it would have been nice to tell me.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee in November 2024, and shortly afterward, the check engine light illuminated. In December 2024, I discovered that the transfer case was faulty, which led to my vehicle being in the shop for the entire month of January 2025. Now, in March, during a routine oil change, I found out that the transfer case is still leaking. Additionally, I was informed that there is a significant amount of rust underneath the vehicle, which prevents them from performing a brake flush. Within a mere month of purchasing this truck, it began to exhibit severe mechanical issues. The vehicle experienced violent shaking and misfires across all cylinders, ultimately leading to a catastrophic engine failure.

If you're shopping online, don't bother with this dealership. I inquired about a pickup on Thursday (mid-morning) and sent pictures and information about my trade-in. After texting and calling numerous times trying to get some progress, I still have no numbers from them as of Monday morning. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership that left me feeling completely disrespected. After negotiating a deal and coming to an agreement, I bought a non-refundable one-way plane ticket to finalize the purchase. Few minutes after confirmation of my travel with sales person (George Reynolds), I was shocked to learn they sold the car to someone else!

My salesman Henry was great from start to finish. Detail shop needs to uo their game; my vehicle was a givren a quick wash, that was it. Interior was covered in greasy smudge & fingerprints, no surface was cleaned. I sat 5 ft from sales mgr for 45 min & he never greeted me or thanked me for coming 3 states away; not very appreciative considering the numerous dealerships between my home & Waxahachie, TX I could have purchased from!!!
Excellent customer service! Edgar and his team are the BEST! In addition to being quick, Edgar checked out a couple of other things for me, and suggested when I should come back when I had more time. He showed me where the sensor was for my trunk lid, since I've found it only twice since I've had my Envision.

On Sunday August 25 I scheduled a service appointment online for Wednesday August 28. In my comments, I let them know that I would need a vehicle to use while mine was left with them. Great experience from start to finish. Aubrey Kincaid has been top notch with all aspects of the sales process. The two salesmen Steven and Brooks were also very helpful through the entire process. Financing was seamless as well.
Edgar in the service department was great to deal with, he kept a line of communication open with me throughout the repair. First dealings with them since the changeover was a little leary but left satisfied.
Service department understands what it means to make an appointment and honor an appointment made through courteous and quick service and communication with the customer.
I had my truck serviced for oil change and tire rotation, that part was done in a reasonable time. But once again my truck was returned to me with hand prints on my door and hood. I was told back in January that this would not happen again. I guess the management does not hold true to his word! This was the easiest car buying transaction I've ever experienced. Competitive prices and exceptional treatment from the staff throughout the process. We purchased a 2023 Trailblazer for my mother and our salesman Dustin couldn't have been more friendly and patient with her. We never felt pressured or rushed and he didn't try to push products on us that we didn't need. He even delivered her car to her house and picked up her trade in. Shawn Swenson and his team at Legacy have it figured out.

Took my Tahoe in for an airbag recall. Was told we had to sign a waver in case they broke the dash that we would have to fix the dash not them. How is this my fault?
We recently tried to get our car repair at this dealership and they do not offer appointments, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to get to our vehicle...even if I brought it in immediately. How can a dealership put such a stranglehold on a driver? We later found out that the oil filter they installed was leaking, luckily Chuck Fairbanks found the leak and fixed us right up.
